STAC Basketball: promoting inclusion and educational success
Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where at-risk youth can thrive both on and off the court. We are committed to building a supportive community where every player feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

2 . Girls Mentorship Through Play Program
Our program provides a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment where girls can build confidence, leadership skills, and meaningful connections through structured play, sport, and mentorship. Designed specifically for girls ages 15–19, the program addresses barriers such as low self-esteem, social isolation, and limited access to female-centered athletic spaces—challenges that disproportionately affect girls from equity-deserving communities.
By pairing structured sports programming with intentional mentorship from trained female leaders and role models, the program creates a safe, empowering space where girls can build confidence, develop healthy peer connections, and strengthen their mental well-being. It helps girls feel seen, supported, and valued in environments where female-focused programming is limited or nonexistent. Our unique and innovative mentorship through play approach is world renowned and sets us apart from the traditional skills and drills practices.
