Vincent Kuber – Executive Director
Vincent Kuber is the founder and executive director of STAC. Born in Fiji and raised in east Hamilton, Vincent has a passion for supporting equity-deserving youth through sport from lived experiences. Vince can often be found on trails in the Hamilton area training for his next race.

Rick Bakshi – Coordinator
Rick Bakshi is a Coordinator for STAC, a phenomenon coach and youth advocate. We call Rick “Mr. Community” – he has years of working with community organizations across the lower city and works from a strengths-based approach to uplift youth from equity-deserving communities.

Lincoln Cole – Coordinator
Lincoln Cole is a Coordinator for STAC, an energetic coach, and passionate about supporting youth development. Lincoln uses a strength-based, positive approach in competitive and recreational coaching. Lincoln brings his experience as a provincial youth outreach worker to the STAC team.

Amanda Heeren – Operations Lead
Amanda Heeran is the STAC Operations Lead and certified coach. She is passionate about uplifting girls’ basketball in the lower city and advancing educational opportunities for equity-deserving youth. Amanda also works in community outreach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC.

Faisal Mohamed – Youth Coordinator
Faisal Mohamed is the STAC Youth Coordinator and high-energy, motivating coach. His lived experience as a newcomer to Canada motivates him to create recreational and educational opportunities to equity-deserving youth with similar experiences. Faisal’s work builds on his experience as a youth outreach worker with The City of Hamilton and YMCA.
